Effective 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing The Meridian Initiative websites or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Use of Services
You may use Meridian services for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform or its data feeds.
3. Data Licensing
Open datasets are released under CC-BY-4.0 unless otherwise noted. Premium intelligence is licensed per the executed customer agreement and may not be redistributed.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Intellectual Property
Meridian retains all rights in its software, brand, and proprietary models. Open data attributions are required where indicated.
6. Disclaimers
Meridian intelligence is provided 'as is' with confidence intervals. It is not a substitute for real-time operational systems and must not be used as a sole basis for grid-control actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the homepage and registered email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the institute's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
